Honey With Apple Cider Vinegar
Shampoo residues on the hair are a common cause of dry and damaged hair. Vinegar helps remove the residue from the shampoo, restores the natural pH of the scalp and helps against itching and dandruff. It seals the hair with a new cuticle and promotes the growth of soft and shiny hair.

To use apple cider vinegar, mix some 60 grams of raw honey with 10 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Massage the mixture into damp hair like a normal shampoo and leave for 15 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.

Black Tea
Black tea helps to revive dry and damaged hair and gives it shine and smoothness. Black tea also protects hair from damage from UV rays and supplies it with polyphenols and vitamins C and E.

Put a black tea bag in a cup of boiled water, cover, and let the tea steep for 10 minutes. Then add 1 drop of essential jasmine oil and let the tea cool. After washing your hair, use the tea as a rinse and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash out with water. For noticeable results, repeat the application 1 to 2 times a week.

Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera provides a lot of enzymes, amino acids, and vitamins A and C that protect, soothe, and moisturize the hair.

Simply apply some fresh aloe vera juice directly to the hair, leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. Repeat at least once a week.

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil has the very special property of penetrating deeply into the hair and thereby repairing and preventing damage to the hair.

To use coconut oil, warm the oil up a little and massage the scalp and hair with it for 5 minutes. Leave the oil overnight and wash out the next morning with a mild shampoo. The process can be repeated 3 times a week.

Olive Oil
Olive oil is a valuable source of antioxidants and vitamin E. It protects the hair from damage and seals the outer cuticle layer of the hair through special mechanisms of action. Damaged hair is strengthened and moisturized.

To use olive oil, warm the oil up a little and massage it onto the scalp and entire hair for a few minutes. Cover the hair with a warm towel and leave the oil in for at least 30 minutes (or overnight). After that wash your hair as usual with a mild shampoo. For noticeable success, repeat the application at least once a week.

Avocados are very rich in fatty acids, important vitamins, and proteins. The combination of these nutrients helps repair damaged hair and gives hair flexibility and moisture. Regular use lowers the risk of new free radical damage and fills the hair with a beautiful shine.

Depending on the length of the hair, puree the meat of half to a whole ripe avocado and 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a small mixer to a smooth mixture. Apply the mixture to the hair, distribute well in it, and leave for 1 hour. Carry out the procedure at least once a week.

Drink enough water: Just like any other cell in the body, the hair needs sufficient fluid.
Proper styling: DO NOT comb the hair when wet and only with a hairbrush with natural bristles. Avoid blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons and do not use chemical hair products.
Sun: Protect your hair with a sun hat during strong sunshine times (between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.).
Washing: Wash hair a maximum of 2 times a week.
